Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must not be personalized or custom-made

Please note that certain items, such as personalized gift boxes or perishable products, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process for your handmade gift box from wrexalonnrexar:

  1. Contact us at support@wrexalonnrexar.world or call +1 613 729 6378 within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Wrexalonnrexar is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your self-care box or subscription box for a different item:

  • Follow the return process outlined above
  • Indicate in your communication that you would like an exchange
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Once we receive your return, we will process the refund for the original item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your handmade gift box arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by Wrexalonnrexar

Subscription Box Returns

For subscription services:

  • Individual monthly boxes can be returned following our standard return policy
  • Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
  • Refunds for subscription plans are prorated based on unused months

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized gift boxes
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
